Mobile Loyalty PLC är noterat på Aktietorget och är delägare i det onoterade Mobile Loyalty Europe AB. Ett nytt svenskt Mobile Loyalty-bolag håller på att sättas upp. Dagens aktieägare i Mobile Loyalty PLC kommer att få sina aktier utbytta mot aktier i det nya svenska Mobile Loyalty-bolaget via ett andelsbyte.

Ett antal emissioner pågår i Mobile Loyalty PLC och Mobile Loyalty Europe AB. Ett antal ytterligare emissioner kommer att göras, bland annat i detta nya Mobile Loyalty-företag.

Målet är att de ägare som äger 57,2 % av Mobile Loyalty Europe AB ska konvertera sitt ägande till detta nya Mobile Loyalty-företag, så att detta nya företag som ska noteras på Aktietorget blir helägare till det operativa bolaget Mobile Loyalty Europe AB.

Uppdatering: Mobile Loyalty Holding AB kontrollerar nu 94,6% av aktierna i Mobile Loyalty Plc. Mobile Loyalty Holding AB listas på Aktietorget den 18 augusti 2014.

Aktieägarna i Mobile Loyalty PLC kommer att bli ägare till detta företag.
